Is it legal for an employer to nothing about discrimantion and give out drug test results to others?

I had worked for my former employee for over 2 years. I have a good record and was a good employee. I am a gay man and have been discrimanted against the entire time I had worked for this employer. I had multiple meetings with store management that they never took to our HR reps. Since I had been there we have had 3 store managers and I have gone to all 3 about the discrimination. It ranged from fellow associates to my immediate manager. I have some dates of the discrimination. I recently went to my new store manager about my immediate manager telling my new manager lies about myself and he had done nothing. I had since switched departments. There was a random drug screen that I tested positive for. I take full responsibility for the mistake I made. Now the store manager gave out those results to my manager and her assistant manager prior to my firing. I was dismissed the day after he told the managers the results. The managers in turn told other employees and were discriminating against my partner who also works at the store.
