Is it a good idea to take my company to ccma?

I recently got demoted for so call bottom performer after reaching my 100 target in sales. In fact I see it more then a retaliation due to me standing up against my teamleader. I just realised that they never let me sign a PIP but what they presented in the HR hearing was a action plan stating my target at 140 and me signing for it. What makes things worse they gave me one day's notice. They over hired staff and needed space.
