Is a C Corporation Obligated to pay back wages to an Owner?
We own a C Corp. There are 4 owners. In March of this year we all decided to take a 25% paycut meaning only 3 paychecks a month rather than 4.
Money got tight so there were weeks when we only took 1 or two paychecks. We are now wondering is the Corporation legally obligated to pay its owners back for those missed weeks, or is it just discretional between the owners?
