If a company is incorporated in Wyoming but office is in Washington, which employment law do they have to go by? Wyoming or Washington?
I have a new client who wants to start her business in Wyoming to minimize taxes but as I am developing her employee handbook, I need to know which laws to go by. I am used to writing for Washington but not sure if they are based in Wyoming.
