Is this appropriate for managment?
Does this sound appropriate?transferred from a different city and stopped by the location to check it out,asked the city manager of a good place to live and his remarks were "make sure you stay inside the 465 beltway because indianapolis is the midwest headquarters for the KKK"and this is suppose to be an welcoming meeting.

It is not appropriate; it is not true; and it was bad advice. Feel free to live anywhere in the county but my preference is Washington Township.
