If a co-worker tells me that people are not socializing with me because I am white, can I quit my job without repaying relocation expenses?

When I told a co-worker that I feel kind of isolated since I was hired, he suggested that perhaps people weren't talking to me because I am white. I then told my supervisor and director who talked to my co-worker about it, of course he denied it but then made a comment about me being a woman. I want to quit but I was relocated so I would have to pay back those expenses. Can I negotiate my way out of repayment based on discrimination?
