Looks like I am being forced to quit!!! Do I have to pay relocation?

Hello,
I joined a company 6 months ago and they paid for my relocation with 1 year contract that if I quit or they fire me I have to pay the relocation expenses back . I would never ask this question but my boss does not ever seem happy in spite of me giving all the needed output, completing my hours even working from home for several hours. I would never look for another job but its really getting harder. They never leave a chance to insult me. Even if there was a mistake from my side there is always a better way to let the person know. Why insult or harass? So could I have the relocation waived or fight it if I leave or they fire? Any response will be greatly appreciated.

The answer will depend on the language of your agreement or contract, but generally those provisions are enforceable unless there has been some prior breach to the agreement by the employer. I realize this is not a definitive answer, but without the agreement to review I cannot give one. Hope this helps.
