If I quit my job located in Texas-where my commisions are based on accounts receivable, when I quit what happens to outstanding potential commissions?
Paid salary plus accounts receivable & work as a medical sales rep. Only get commission on accounts receivable. If I quit do I only get what has been received or should pending receivables from my current clients be paid out as well once they are collected?
