I used 50 hours of PTO during my final 2 weeks of work and had a written agreement from a manager I would get paid for it. During almost the span of a year I had various management working on getting me paid and it isnt until 9 months later I am told of a company policy that PTO I took will not be paid during my final 2 weeks.
