I was working for a guy who was supposed to be a friend.

He purchased a motorcycle for me in which we agreed i would repay on a timely manner. However, he decided to just take whatever amount out of my paychecks every week and hold my money until he felt like paying me.
We did a job right before the holidays in which my boss told me to just leave my tool box and they would 3 weeks ago i rode home with a coworker and placed my Taurus 9mm gun in his glove box in which i forgot about when exiting his vehicle. I immediately sent him a text letting him know and asking him if i could return back to his home to retrieve it,he didnt reply. I contined to text him over the holidays for my gun and he never would reply. So i went to his home and he would never open the door. So my wife sent him a message letting him know if he didnt return my firearm she was going to call the police. He then responded informing me that he had given my firearm to my employer instead of bringing it to my house that he had to pass everyday to get to work. So my wife messaged my employer informing him that i would be coming to retrieve my gun and tools in which he was unprofessional with her and cursed her so she cursed him and because of what she said he decided that hes not going to give my gun and tools back until I give him my bike back. i continued to ask for my property in which he refused to return and then refused to pay me my last paycheck after I decided not to continue to work for him. what do i do?
**i have many text messages saying that he has my gun and tools and he will not return them.
