I was on LTD and was term for a policy violation now they will not pay LTD,
I have been on leave since October 2008. In Oct 2009 the ltd company decided to hold my award because they said that I did not qualify any longer. I appealed and finally won through my emp. I got a letter that said they would back pay me for all the months and sent the check. They have now called me and said since I was term they will no longer pay me. However, my ltd case was openb and I do have the letter.
