I was terminated on Sept 9th from my company which is a hotel due to the pandemic. My last official day is Nov 13th. Severance packages have been sent out. In the meantime I saw a position at a different property same company. After interviewing the money offered was way less than what I currently make and less hours .
Therefor I am not going to accept the position. Can they rescind the package or am I still entitled ?
