I was accused at my former job of drug diversion and let go. I hired a lawyer, and went through all the steps to have this cleared. I have a new job, no longer in nursing, but at a hospital. Everything has been great, but the other day I ran into my former boss in the hallway (she was there for some kind of meeting), and a week later my boss and HR scheduled a meeting with me about the prior accusation. I don’t know any other way this would have all of a sudden been brought up other than her contacting someone. I am embarrassed and scared about what may happen now and that character has been tainted at my new company. I’m not sure what to do in this situation
