I recently reported my supervisor for making racist remarks and singleing me out afterwards I have been layed off they are saying lack of work I have worked here 20 years what should I do?

An employee has made remarks remarks to me for years including me and my kids should come to his house to do yard work and sending me across the boarder, the first time I confronted him I was given less work (the boss was his best friend) recently he has become the boss and the comments continued so I reported him to hr and have been told there is a lack of work every since. I do have a text from a co worker confirming they heard it, but no one is willing to speak up. What can I do?
