I have been with my company for 8 yrs in southcarolina...i have 3 weeks vacation and we get a bonus check 2 times per year. I was fired 2 weeks before the date of our bonus check....they have denied me all vacation and my bonus check.....And they fired me

Been with company 8 yrs...they fired me after a situation happened during my shift..my manager texted me a problem that another emp was having with another emp..so i approached the emp and confronted her asking what the problem was...i never raised my voice and did it in a professional manner....well this caused one of the emp..to walk out and quit......my manager is saying that was my fault....the reason for termination is i could handled the situation differently...but why did my boss even text me info about 2 emp that had nothing to do with me...isnt that his fault for getting me involved......
