I just got a new job in Sept 2017. I've been told my performance is not meeting the quota of calls necessary so I might be fired. My question is that I have cumulatived a week of vacation that I can't take til February 2018. If I am let go would they have

Job started 9/1/2017
Accrued vacation time 1 week
If I left the job or if I would be fired. Would I be eligible to receives the vacation pay of the hours I have accrued

Probably no. Earned vacation means that you have to be present when you are entitled to take it. Similar to a bonus. If bonuses are paid on January 1 and an employee leaves before January 1 it would be unusual for the employee to receive either the bonus or the vacation in your case. If you have any written document which you think is a contract seek legal counsel to interpret it for you.
