I have been disallowed u.c benefits on redetermination in the state of ohio and am appealing They included that additional issuesmay fall withinthe purview of theOhio administrative code rule 4146-5-03 can you tell me what that means and how to fight it?

It means that any issue can be considered, even if not decided by the preceding determinations. You need to advise the UCRC of any such additional issues.

I highly recommend hiring a lawyer to represent you at the hearing. Do not try to do this by yourself. Most lawyers will handle the hearing on a contingent fee basis.
