I have a health insurance deduction question?
My wife recently retired from her job. We no longer have healthcare from her employer. I requested healthcare from my employer. He told me I could come on to the company's plan, which was suppose to be 100% company paid. Later he informed me that I would have to pay part of my healthcare. So I thought it would be a deduction from my paycheck. Instead he docked me one dollar an hour off my hourly wage. Is that legal? I didn't authorize him to do that.
