I work at a hospital where employee safety should be just as important as patient safety and it is not. I did contact HR and they were useless, same with the hotline. I have a video of the man coming at me and the original statement that I wrote during the last incident.

The man has been getting away with this for years and I refuse to continue being disrespected and having the company I work for allow someone to touch my person, make racist remarks and threaten me with no recourse. Not only is it detrimental to the staff but to our patients and visitors as well.
