Do I have to pay my company for the company car I drive?

Concerned that I have to pay money from my pocket for a company car. This is like adding a bill that I did not make. I have never signed any aggrement to do this and would never agree to this. I have been driving this car for over a year. Do I have to pay this? I do not drive this car for personal use. I was told not to anyways. If i start paying this I lose a full pay check a year which does not seem fair.
