I had a random drug test done and i failed. Test came back positive for an illicit drug. Rather than waiting for them to fire me, I resigned my position. Can my former employer report me to the police or to anyone at all?
Had a random drug test done and it came back positive for illicit drugs. Just wondering if my test results can be reported to the authorities (Child Protective Services, Police, etc...)
