I got demoted, which came with a pay cut. Now my employer wants me to do my old job without giving me my raise back. Is there anything I can do?
I work at Walmart and they demoted me which came with a pay cut. They had me as a back up for my old job but I went in and told them I could no longer be a back up for that position without getting paid for it. Now they are trying to get me to do my old job again without giving me my raise back. Is there anything I can do?
