I believe I can prove retaliation at a uc appeal hearing...will this be allowed and would it prove employers discredability
I am a 59 yr. old woman who has been terminated from my 8 yr. place of employment for what they say was willfull misconduct....uc granted my claim but employer is appealing after I submitted report to osha regarding actual reason for termination... have been subjected to discrimination, harrassment and now retaliation....can you please advise
