if i lose my reconsideration hearing will IDES provide me a lawyer

I am probably going to lose my reconsideration hearing, my referee did not allow any of my exhibits in although they were timely filed before appeal date. If I lose the hearing and have to appeal, will IDES provide me an attorney to write appellate brief? I am unemployed for more that 10 months now and living on EBT. I cannot afford an attorney

IDES does have a Legal Services Program (LSP). Contact LSP immediately to see if you qualify for their services (http://www.ides.illinois.gov/Pages/LegalServicesProgram.aspx). Outside of the program you are free to contact an unemployment attorney and discuss an affordable rate for representation.
