I am a Government contractor on a military installation in Massachusetts. I filed an EEO/OFCCP complaint against my supervisor. Within 30-45 days i had sub standard annual review all previous were good, I have had my job posted on Linkedin and the company website, now after speaking to the VP HR/COO I found out the supervisor will be putting me on a PIP. I have had nothing but, Kudos from customers for years, never one negative email..nothing at all. This is all going on while the OFCCP/EEO investigators are working on the complaint. Company was notified of complaint 2 weeks after it all started. Most people tell me it looks like very clear retaliation. The complaint was based upon protected activity veteran/ADA disability. What is the opinion of a lawyer please ?
