I UNDERSTAND THAT MY BOSS CAN DROP MY WAGE TO MINIMUM IF I DONT GIVE THE REQUIRED 4 WEEKS NOTICE SINCE IT IS THE HANDBOOK BUT CAN SHE DO THIS FOR THE ENTIRE 4 WEEKS

Employees are required to give Management a two week written notice when they are leaving a position. Management and salaried positions must give a four week written termination notice. Holidays and scheduled vacation will not be included in the respective 2 or 4 week notice period. Notice period must also be extended by any sick days taken. If the proper notice is not given, wages earned prior to the final work day equivalent to the amount of hours of improper notice, will be paid at the then current minimum wage.
