I quit my job and got paid at minimum wage
I quit my job without giving two weeks notice and my employer paid me at minimum wage, is this legal, do i have a case? Yes it is written in the employee handbook but i didnt read the handbook.

Based upon your description it is difficult to tell whether or not this is legal or not. I suggest that you bring your documents and see an employment lawyer near you to discuss the specifics. Even if you did not read the handbook, bring it.
