How can I win my enemployment claim since I was relased for just cause.

I quite my previous job that I did not feel safe at to take a job that required me to get a gaming license. I was informed of this.

After 5 weeks of paid training I recieved a rejection letter for my gaming license and was let go by the casino.

Even though the job required a gaming license I am not certain why you assume that failing to get a gaming license makes the termination one for Just Cause. The ODJFS will make a decision, you need to note that you were denied a gaming license, the key will be whether or not you believed you would be approved when you took the job and the determination is arbitrary, therefore making your termination for the convenience of the employer.

Apply this will depend on what you answer and what the reviewer believes is the correct interpretation.
