Forced to resign

I have been employed at the company for over 20 years. We recently had two leaders resign due to hostility with a couple of the physicians. My position at this company is Operations Manager. Since the resignations, we have a new CEO. I thought the change would be good, but I was wrong. First, my boss sent me an email asking me who the single women were in the office, for a friend?? I was uncomfortable with this and went to our HR department. I was told to not respond. About 1 month later, in a one on one meeting with the CEO he asked me about the single ladies. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to say. I just said I dont know their relationship status. I wasn’t really sure what to do. Since that time, I requested a raise. I had taken on more since the resignation of the practice manager and one specific physician tasked me with a project that I had no idea how to do. I did figure it out though. I turned in my request for raise letter and about a month later was asked to provide my accomplishments over the past 3 years. I provided that to him in a meeting a couple of weeks later. About another month had passed and we had a one on one meeting scheduled. We discussed my request for a raise. At that time I was told I was not in the right role and I dont have good people skills. It was also mentioned that I didn’t follow up on a couple of items. I was floored. This is the first time I heard I had missed anything or was performing poorly. I have even asked the CEO if I was meeting his expectations and he said I was. Past performance evaluations and 360 surveys have always been good, but I haven’t had one since he has taken over. I believe I am being forced out of the organization. I have given notice, but I am not happy. I planned to retire with this company and now I am not sure but because of age, sex and possibly not having a degree, has made him decide I am not in the right role. I am 52, female and I have heard he is hiring a man he has known for years and worked with at his previous employer before he was fired. I asked for a raise putting me at the market rate for my position which was 82,000. I obviously was told no and that I am not in the right role. The new person hired on will be making 100,000-140,000. I have a lot more i could say, but I want to know if I have a claim for anything.
