Fired wrongfull?

I believe I was wrongfully fired from a job. Other co-workers and I have been complaining about a person at work. This person and I got into it after work hours one day and the next day I was fired and she wasn't. The job did not ask me anything and did not hear my side of the story. Do you think I was fired wrongfully? If I can sue and get paid I will pay money for a consultation.

While you and the person you were arguing with were treated differently, this difference in treatment is not necessarily illegal unless you can show that you were treated differently because of an illegal reason, i.e., because of your race, sex, age, disability, religion, etc. You must provide a lawyer with more information before he or she can answer your question. Why do you believe that you were treated differently? What evidence to you have to support your belief?
