Employer told unemployment office the reason why I failed drug test

I filed for unemployment In Washington State because I was terminated after almost 27 years for not passing DOT physical. My employer told unemployment office that the reason I didn't pass physical was because drug test came up positive for marijuana which is legal in this state. My understanding is that employers are not allowed to give that information out.I have to call back and explain what happened in detail by voice message and I do not want any of that info. recorded. What should I do?
