Does the executive director have a right to know who has accused them of discrimination

My board just wrote me up for creating a hostile work environment and won't tell me who the accuser is. They only interviewed 1 of the remaining 2 employees. One of the 'corroborators' is a former employee. I believe that this accuser is upset that I wrote her up and instead of using the grievance procedure, she went to the board and falsely accused me.
