Does Management have the right to kick an employee.
At the end of the day workers were up front waiting to clock out. And some guys go out to start their cars. They put a plastic sheet in the door so they can get back in building. The boss start yelling about it being in the door. As I walked passed him I said I did it. But I didn’t do it. But he , as I passed him he kicks me very hard in the butt area . I kept walking to the bath room. And wen I came back. He said sorry I kicked you so hard with my steel toed boots. I know he did it on purpose. To this day he thinks he got away with kicking me. Yes it hurt for a few days. If I bend over or go up stairs. As a very bruised muscle would feel.
