Do I qualify for severence or how should I go forward?

I have been with my company for over 17 yrs. I recently found out that they were shutting down. I have worked as a salaried employee from the beginning with no contract. I have worked many 60 hr weeks with no overtime. Lunches or breaks are not given in a 10 hour day. I am due 3 weeks of vacation and 2 floating days which I may have to fight for. What should I do?
