Do I have any rights as an At Will employee?
I was laid off last week as a company reorg took place. I was the only one to go. Employed for 7 years. I feel the reasoning was fabricated. Volume in my department went down. They removed me, never indicating ot was an issue, had my dept report to another manager and sent me packing. Do I have any recourse? I am a 60 year old female.
