Do I have a case for harassment and wrongful termination?

I was offered and accepted a position with Colonial Penn / Bankers Life and started work Aug 31, 2017. On Oct 20th, over 6 weeks after I was hired and produced several Medicare supplement policies, my supervisor called me at 8:30 pm and terminated me because of a misdemeanor I had fully disclosed at the time of application. Also, the termination happened over the phone with no HR rep present, my senior manager wasn't present and he called from his cell phone. In the 6 or 7 weeks I worked there, he had been harassing me for many things, including time I took off due to hurricane Irma, needing to go to the doctor for a life threatening medical condition, and missing a day from work because of a major car accident. He also called me into the office to yell at me until he made me cry at least once a week. Do I have any recourse? I feel like I was being harassed by him on a near daily basis. I kept detailed notes from the time everything started. In addition, I had made a comment / statement about how the district manager had agents significantly diverting from the script approved by the legal department. This diversion from the approved script was unethical and misleading to their target clients, and I felt that it was a ploy to mislead them into believing they were signing up for free education, not being signed up for a meeting to discuss medigap insurance. Agents were instructed to tell people they were NOT selling them anything, which was a lie. I believe this could also have played into why a senior agent, my boss and the district manager repeatedly pulled me into the office to strongly suggest I resign.
