Do I have a case? If so of what exactly? A foreman which is not over me falsely accused me of being in the rack in a unit of the chemical plant with a man and also said I refuse to come down after. Following the chain of command, I went to find my foreman after she threaten to write me up but I could not find her so I went to the office and spoke with the general foreman over all of us and explained the situation to him and that I feared for my job working around that foreman. This happened on a previous day before she came to me on the next morning demanding that I go to Work in another unit. I was Told that I was going to work in another unit of the chemical plant by this foreman which was not even over me. I asked her where my foreman was and that I needed to make sure she knew before I left so she said she would let her know. As we were approaching the unit riding on the cart the safety man which was the driver passed the unit up so I asked the foreman which was in the passenger side what's going on but she ignored me so I asked the safety guy but he ignored me as well. We were actually heading towards the gate area where you have to badge out so we got there and as they were getting off I said why are we here but no one answered instead the foreman becked for me with her hand and I said what's going on she said come on and badge out I said you lied to me about going to work in another unit that's unprofessional I would like to speak with my boss about this and she refused . . .the safety man then suggested that I badge out threatening me with security so I badged out as I was calling HR on the phone the foreman pulls a paper out her pocket asking me to sign it stating I am being terminated for insubordination I said of what but I got no reply so I was trying to pick the paper up but she refused to give me full access of it and demanded that i sign where her finger was instead. . .well i guess I took too long to sign so she took the paper and walked off . . .After speaking to HR and they said they had no paperwork and no one had called this in they then gave me a number to file a complaint which I did but it takes 14 days to come back they now have me on a 30 day hold and the foreman is still is working from my understanding.
