Do I have a case

I am the only African American on a management team with a 24 X 7 network operations repair center. I work on the 3rd shift or graveyards and I have not been included or CC'd on any management meetings, hirings, firings or even invited to management staff meetings for over a year. I have not been given a monthly one on one and I have after notifying our company ethics line was given a very unfavorable performance review that smells of retalliation. One manager approached one of the employees on my team and told them not to notify me of issues on my shift but to go directly to a director since there would definitely be issues. I am considering legal action due to my concerns...are these valid?
