Do I have a case?

I filed a harassment claim with my employer in June which was investigated and found true, the harasser was moved to another area in the office at the end of June. The harasser is the owners nephew at my job. I received a letter from ADP stating my protective activity status and that no adverse action would be taken against me for filing the claim. My daily tasks started to be taken from me and assigned to other people, my employers started to act harsh and rude around me and three weeks ago I was told that they are shutting down the area I do invoices for and out of all their employees even the 15 new office staff just hired in last couple weeks they were goIng to solely let me go due to downsizing. I recently recorded a meeting with my employer and emailed a follow up email which provides proof and no denial from them that they are retaliating against me. The harasser just got promoted yesterday to be the new account manager for all target service calls at our company.
