Do I have a case?

I am gay. My new supervisor overheard a comment between my co worker and I and when she told him I was gay he started calling me a man hater. I defended myself and was very embarrassed. Just because I am gay doesn't make me a man hater. He said it over and over until I was so frustrated from trying to convince him and the others who were listening that I wasn't a MAN HATER I walked out of the kitchen. Later in in the shift he handed me something and said " Here ya go Man Hater" and laughed. I told with as much confidence as I could muster up never to EVER call me that again. He laughed and said he was kidding and for me to calm down. I am very uncomfortable working there now and I have told another manager and nothing was done about it. He is still there. I am afraid to say anything to anyone else for fear of retaliation.
