Commissions lost by employer account mgmt

I was employed as a commission-only salesperson. The constant stealing of accounts by the employer caused me thousands of dollars in lost commissions. Examples - account moved to other salesperson after I brought it up and not replaced by other billing. An account where employer purposely had more than one person trying to get the biz, of course one of us loses and works for nothing. I feel I was used for biz development, and others benefitted from my labor. Do I have any recourse?

commissions

yes, you may have a case. Failure to properly pay commissions can be a breach of contract. You must first determine if a contract for commissions existed, and then determine if the employer breached that agreement. If the answer to those to questions is yes, then you have claim.
