Can my employer use my vacation time if I was told I was being suspended with pay
I was told I was being suspended with pay, was not given a reason why, just that they had to investigate a complaint.
I checked my pay/vacation accrual and found they had used all my vacation time I had saved for an up coming surgery.
My question is this legal for them to do?
