Can my attorney be present at my Skelly hearing?

I have a Skelly hearing coming up, I am facing termination for an alleged HIPPA violation. Can I bring my attorney to my Skelly hearing? We do have a Union.

You absolutely have the right to bring your own attorney to the Skelly hearing to represent you.
