Can company terminate you at will employee but mess up the paperwork reason for seperation from employee handbook policy is incorrect they put in the wrong code

I filed an EEOC charge from being demoted from supervisor to assistant when corporate said their be no change with a meeting with them the employee that took my position told me and not them I ask them I got curse at and told me to quit they were the same race eventually a month later they put me in that post ion with attached job title trained me a week but other 2 week later fired me said I broke confidentiality and I gave me reason for seperation and the paperwork was wrong going by the employees handbook policy the wrong code also had the wrong social security number I inform the new plant manager of that social security number but not the reason because I read the handbook so I didn't sign it I filed a charge of retaliation from eeoc
