Against Public Policy

THE ISSUE/S..

AT-WILL EMPLOYEE TERMINATED AFTER BEING WRONGFULLY ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT..

EMPLOYEE WAS MIS-LEAD BY AT-WILL EMPLOYER AS TO ISSUE; MEANING, AT-WILL EMPLOYER RELAYED TO AT-WILL EMPLOYEE THAT " THEY WERE OUT OF THEIR AREA AND, TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE AT-WILL EMPLOYER OFFICE ".

AT-WILL EMPLOYEE WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING OTHER THAN ABOVE REFERENCED, THEN TOLD THE NEXT DAY " DO NOT GO BACK TO THE JOB ".

AT-WILL EMPLOYEE THINKS THIS IS NOT ONLY WRONG BUT, AGAINST " PUBLIC POLICY ", AS THERE WAS NO RECOURSE TO DEFEND THE ACCUSATION.

WHAT TO DO ??

At Will means just that

At will employment means you can be fired at any time for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. If the employer's real reason for terminating you is simply for speaking to another person, that reason will not be second guessed.

"Public policy" exceptions to at-will employment generally have been interpreted by the courts to mean violations of express statutory enactments by the legislature.

(BTW, if you're going to go online frequently, all capitals is considered SHOUTING.)
