Can an employer test for body fat percentages?

Can a manager test an entire staff, physically himself, and then post the results? This employer does not have health insurance so it was not related to health costs. As a side note I'm 5'2" and 124lbs, so it does not affect me on the side of the score itself, but I feel that I was harassed with a manager requiring us to allow him to reach under our shirts and measure body fat on the stomach area.
