Can an employer by pass employment contract and pay some differently?

I work for a company who requires all sales people to sign an Employment contract. IF I find that the employer is paying some differently than the other sales people who signed at the same time and the same employment contract for the same pay schedule, can I force the employer to pay the difference in pay? Does this void the employment contract for all who signed at the same time?
