Can I sue my former employer and coworker for stealing my clients and allowing her to steal them?

I am a groomer in Texas. I worked at a salon and the other groomer was stealing my equipment and eventually, my clients. I ran into one of my clients one day and she explained she could not make an appointment she was coerced into making by someone, supposedly on my behalf. I never called her to reschedule. The other groomer was rebooking my appointments to her shifts/days. She was also calling my customers to schedule with her instead of me. My manager was aware as I told her about it. She assured me she would handle the situation and take her off the booking schedule. When I came back from a long weekend, the manager had put her back on the schedule. I asked her about it and she told me that, "if I didn't like it, I'd just have to deal with it". I quit a few days later. Can I do anything about this legally? I have lost a significant amount of money during her theft and after I quit, due to both their actions.
