Can I sue McDonald’s for wrongful termination and defamation

I was an employee at McDonaId’s. I was accused of making sexual advancements towards other employees which, is completely untrue. I have never disrespected any female employee, let alone any of my coworkers.

I feel like my manager is just racist. I was told by a manager that there is video evidence of me performing these false allegations. Like any other person being falsely accused, I asked to see the video. However, the manager told me that she doesn’t have to show me the video evidence.

As a father to a four-year-old daughter, for someone to make allegations of this magnitude is so malicious and wrong on the highest levels. I would like to know if I have a case to start a lawsuit for wrongful termination and defamation.
