Can I sue?
My contract has a clause requiring 90 days to terminate. The following clause has some statements where management can terminate for cause with no notice. So, I ma considering tendering my 90 days notice of leaving and fear retribution of firing by my employer. If that happens can I sue for wrongful termination?
